General terms and conditions
1.The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process, increase or decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
2.All the candidates applying for above mentioned post shall be entitled to an upper age relaxation i.e 5 years as per Federal Government Rules. Age will be counted from the closing date fix for receipt of application.
3.Selected candidates shall be liable to be posted any place in Pakistan.
4.Applicants already in Government services should be applied through proper channel. They shall produce NOC at the time of interview
5.Ex-Serviceman can also apply.
6.Applicant should present his her original documents along with that of attested copies of degree / certificates issued by HEC recognized Boards / Universities and institutes at the time of interview in case any information furnished by the application is found fake, bogus Candidature of Particular candidate shall stand cancelled and legal action shall be taken against the particular candidate during any stage of recruitment and also after employment
7.No relaxation will be allowed in lower age limit the candidates for post at serial number 2,6,7 and 8 cell initially qualify physical test 1 mile in 7 minutes for male candidates and 1 mile in 10 minutes for female candidates and meet physical measurement assessment followed by the computer based test CBT based on MCQs to be conducted at later stage shall be shortlisted for interview at the time of final selection candidates will be examined by the automatic civil surgeon of the Federal Government
8.By-Hand application will not be accepted or entertained
10. Mobile phone are not allowed in this test center premises
11. NO TA/DA will be admissible for test interview physical endurance and skill test.
12. Applicant shall submit their application online on FIA web portal jobs.gov.pkin after applying for the post applicants are advised to regularly check FIA Web Portal for important announcements i.e list of The eligible in eligible category candidates, allocation of test centers, test date assignments, registration slips and different test results physical skill return related to recruitment against above posts. Candidates will also be informed about test schedule by SMS on given mobile number however no information in this regard shall be sent through post
14.After scrutiny of application the list of in-eligible candidates will be uploaded on the website of FIA for information of all concerned any candidate who has any grievance regarding his her eligibility result of any portion of the Test shall be required to lodge inquiry complaint on FIA website within 7 days of uploading of the Result and FIA will be liable to reply to his her query through its complaint management system.
15.Candidate shall not be allowed to appear in physical skills CBT test unless they produced registration slip and original CNIC password the candidate appointed against the post of assistant BPS 15 , UDC BPS 11 and LDC BPS 09 shall have to qualify the mandatory prescribed IT training course of national information technology board (NITB) before completion of probation period.
